  1. Are your products federally legal?

Yes! The Federal Farm Bill made hemp-derived products completely legal as long as they have less than 0.3% THC. All of our THC beverages contain less than the federal limit of 0.3% THC by dry weight.

  1. What is hemp-derived THC?

Hemp-derived THC is simply THC that comes from hemp instead of cannabis plants. The important distinction is that hemp, with a naturally occurring level of THC that is 0.3% or less, is a federally legal type of cannabis.

  1. Can I drink more than 1 can?

Everyone’s tolerance is different, but we recommend starting with one can. Effects can typically be felt within 15 minutes.

  1. Do you use a third-party to test your products?

Absolutely. We use a third-party lab to test all of our products for quality and potency. You can find our test results here. 

  1. How old do you need to be to consume your products?

You must be 21 or older to consume our hemp-derived THC beverages. Pregnant or nursing women should not consume this product, and it should also be kept out of reach of children. Consult a physician before adding hemp-derived THC products to your diet.
