What does it mean to have a third-party lab?
It means that you don’t have to just take our word for it. We use a lab that’s outside of our own organization to tell us two things: 1. The amount of cannabinoids that is listed on the package is the amount that you’re getting 2. That the quality of our product meets not only our standards, but also the labs. We never want to shortchange anyone, so we double-check our work.
What does the extraction process look like?
We use CO2 extraction, which ensures that nasty solvents like butane stay far away from anything that you are going to put into your body. To get even more technical, our process uses a high pressure extraction technique called supercritical CO2 fluid extraction to capture the plant’s oils and all of the good health stuff that comes along with it.
Where does Weller grow its hemp?
Our agricultural hemp plants are grown exclusively in Colorado. We like our farmers to be close to home—it helps us get to know them and their practices, so we can be certain we’re offering the highest quality ingredients possible.

Are your products federally legal?
Yes! The Federal Farm Bill made hemp-derived products completely legal as long as they have less than 0.3% THC. All of our THC beverages contain less than the federal limit of 0.3% THC by dry weight.
What is hemp-derived THC?
Hemp-derived THC is simply THC that comes from hemp instead of cannabis plants. The important distinction is that hemp, with a naturally occurring level of THC that is 0.3% or less, is a federally legal type of cannabis.
Can I drink more than one can of THC Sparkling Water?
Everyone’s tolerance is different, but we recommend starting with one can. Effects can typically be felt within 15 minutes.

Will Weller CBD products get me high?

When making our CBD products, we only use broad-spectrum hemp extract. Already, broad-spectrum does not contain any THC. We take our broad-spectrum extract and additionally vet it through a third-party lab that makes doubly sure that the amount of THC is zero. Check out this article.

We recommend 25 mg, which is why you’ll see that most of our products are formatted that way—they’re ready to go when and where you are.
